Sessions
College Boot Camp is structured as a journey -- a search for the symbolic fountain of death that flows from the heart of the higher education system. Each lesson builds on previous lessons to create a virtual tour of the reasons so many young Christians see their faith destroyed the first year they go off to college.
[ Watch FREE Now! ] PROBLEM: Why do 3 out of 4 Christian students lose their faith the first year of college?
ANSWER: Secular colleges are often portrayed as institutions of truth and meaning, a place where youth is celebrated. They can be more accurately described as places of mixed opportunities. Students may indeed learn advanced physics; they may also be persuaded to cast off moral restraints--to drink, take drugs, or engage in pre-marital sex.
College is a place where young people decide who they are going to be based on incomplete or inaccurate information. Students begin to move away from more traditional faith and social belief systems when they accept the humanistic tenets of Political Correctness. The weird reality is that we have all been brainwashed to accept certain foundational lies, and we often don’t realize it.
Political Correctness is attractive and influential not because it is all bad, but because it contains a certain amount of Truth. We’ll provide a critical examination of three sacred cows as we study the good, the bad, and the downright ugly effects of Multi-Culturalism, Diversity and Tolerance.
We’ll also find out how pervasive PC thinking has become. On a college campus, Relativism is in the air you breathe.
Much of the power of the campus environment depends on its ability to cause separation in a student’s life. Students are separated from home and family. Worse, they are often persuaded to separate or compartmentalize different parts of their identity. They are told to separate faith from reason, and reason from faith. They are pressured to separate faith from school, church from state, moral conviction from classroom discussion. Schools enforce conformity to humanistic ideals through nonviolent methods of persuasion. The Silencers we discuss in this class are the “nice” ways Christian students are kept separated and pressured into silence.
Christian students are often despised by college professors. It’s easy to blame the teacher’s attitude on the teacher, but too often the real culprit is the student! In this session we emphasize the fact that teachers are not the enemy. Yes, there is a time to make a stand for Truth, but this should always be done in a gentle and loving way, and never as a game of Gotcha! Instead, we will learn how to disarm arguments in ways that lead to respect and truth rather than spite and hatred.
“What is Truth?” Pilate asked this question even as he was looking at it. This session focuses on the five Truth methods and learning to recognize which method is being appealed to in any given situation. One great consequence of this session is students seeing the sleight of hand when one Truth method is disguised as another.
Ultimately, however, Truth is not a natural byproduct of reason.
Ever wonder how you could explain the origin of everything to someone who doesn’t believe in God? Find out as we discuss the irrational bias of materialism and the compelling case for the universe’s amazing design.
Darwinism is the humanist’s creation myth. But it depends on a worldview that is incompatible with real life. Humanists cannot live their Darwinism day to day, and the reason has to do with an undeniable argument.
In this session we examine moral relativism as we get closer to the source of spiritual death on the college campus.

Too often, Christian students live in a bubble of silence. Because their views are not welcome in the classroom, Christians keep their faith to themselves. But is this an effective strategy? Is it even biblical?
